REVIEW for ALEX, our new KOBE specialist This review is especially for KOBE owners. My husband and I had bought all our appliances from "Caplan's Appliances" in Toronto a few years ago, including a KOBE overhead rangehood. The rangehood worked wonderfully until recently. Lights/fan stopped working suddenly. We called "Caplan's" for service guidance, but were told they don't service KOBE. SO we started calling around for a technician to fix our KOBE rangehood. Discontinued parts were part of the problem, and finding parts compatible with our range hood was extremely difficult. It took us quite a while to find someone who was even willing to TRY to source the needed parts for us. Enter ALEX. We took a chance on him, and we are so happy with that decision. He was so knowledgeable and skilled at recognizing the problem right away. He was patient and determined to source the correct parts that we needed. Try finding KOBE parts in Canada!!! ALEX persevered and got the job done RIGHT!!!

Alex is a life-saver! He arrived very quickly and immediately guessed what was wrong with my full-of-dirty-water washing machine. He swiftly confirmed his diagnosis, making sure to protect my floor and prepare for water. He then fixed the problem (recovering numerous lost socks in the process). I contacted Alex to first repair my washing machine. He was able to diagnose the problem and quickly repair my appliance and have had no problems since. During that visit he also quickly adjusted my basket in my dryer as it was ruining my clothes. Alex also repaired my dishwasher on another call. Again he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it without me having to purchase another appliance.
